About Me

After 27 years of nursing in critical care, trauma and emergency medicine, Kathy’s interest turned towards aesthetics. In 2010, she switched careers and devoted her time to learning cosmetic injection and laser skills. In 2014, she earned her Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Certification through the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board.

After seven years in the field, working at two of the premiere facial plastic surgery clinics in the Portland area, Kathy has developed a large, loyal clientele. She is a National Trainer for Nova Threads for the face and body and continues to treat patients at PNAA.

“I love working in the facial aesthetics field because it offers patients such a broad range of options from injectables, to laser treatments, to surgery. I enjoy working with clients to help them decide what combination of treatments will give them natural looking results and helping them develop a long-range treatment plan to maintain those results. However, teaching is my passion, from basic injectables to advanced techniques, I’m committed to turning out highly skilled providers.”

In her off time, Kathy enjoys traveling with her husband Dave and is also a RYT 200 certified yoga teacher.
